How long does production and shipping take?
Each piece is made to order through our production partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping within the United States takes an additional 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from order date.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at thefavorco@outlook.com and we'll make it right.
How do I choose the right size?
Our tees are made on the Bella+Canvas 3010 — a 6oz heavyweight blank with a boxy, drop-shoulder silhouette. It runs relaxed and oversized by design. Size down for a more fitted, regular look. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements by size (XS–3XL), including chest width, body length, and sleeve length.
How should I care for my garment?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean
Washing inside out and on cold preserves the print and the fabric for longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're actively working toward. Join our email list to be notified when it becomes available.
